Delivery Commitment

We are dedicated to ensuring that over 95% of our orders are delivered on the selected day, demonstrating our commitment to prompt and reliable service. Our delivery operations run between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, allowing us to accommodate your schedule effectively. At checkout, you'll have the chance to select your preferred delivery day, making your shopping experience seamless and tailored to your needs.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number for your order. This number enables you to monitor your delivery's progress either online or by getting in touch with our customer service team. We strive to maintain transparency and provide constant updates from the moment your order is dispatched until it reaches you.

Kerbside Delivery Policy

Our delivery model is kerbside only, meaning the order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside outside the property, at the driver’s discretion. It is important to ensure there is adequate space at your property before the delivery date for the unloading of pallets. Our delivery service operates without unloading restrictions, accommodating most surfaces except sand or gravel paths.

Given the nature of pallet deliveries, they are generally made to the kerbside. Direct delivery to driveways or front doors is not guaranteed. Our delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property, unseal pallets, or handle the tiles directly. Considering the weight of tile boxes, which can be up to 30 kg, and the fact that our delivery partners cannot remove the pallet or packaging, we advise arranging assistance to move your order inside your property promptly.

Delivery Charges

To offer more value and convenience to our customers, all orders above £500 qualify for free delivery. For orders below £500, delivery charges will apply, ranging from £34 to £70 depending on the delivery location. These charges are calculated to cover the costs associated with the delivery process, ensuring that your order arrives safely and efficiently at your specified kerbside location.
