SATS TILES – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is £49.99 on orders up to and including £799.
Orders over £799 qualify for free standard delivery.

This applies to indoor tiles, outdoor tiles and accessories unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery times

Tiles and accessories are normally delivered within 3–4 business days. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, islands, remote locations or where special delivery arrangements are required.

Kerbside delivery

Tile and pallet deliveries are kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The driver will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address. Drivers are not required or insured to carry goods inside the property, unpack pallets or move individual tile boxes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable vehicle access and for arranging sufficient assistance to move goods from the kerbside after delivery.

Receiving your order

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible. Where visible damage or shortages are apparent, please note this on the delivery paperwork before signing where possible.

Any damage, breakage, shortage, incorrect item or obvious defect should be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, together with your order details and clear photographs.

This 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate transport claims quickly and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, access is unsuitable, or incorrect delivery information has been provided, additional redelivery, collection, storage or handling charges may apply.
