We provide reliable delivery for tiles and accessories. Our standard delivery options are shown below:

Free delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £799 to mainland UK addresses. Orders up to and including £799 are charged £49.99 standard delivery. This pricing applies to indoor tiles, outdoor tiles and accessories. Additional charges may apply to remote areas or expedited delivery services.
How will the tiles and other accessories be delivered?
All deliveries are kerbside. This means:
- Our delivery partners will bring your order to the nearest accessible point at your property
- Drivers are not permitted to enter your property or assist with moving goods inside
- Please provide a contact email address and phone number so we or the delivery partner can contact you about your delivery
- For large or heavy items, please ensure you have assistance available to help move the products into your property
How to receive the delivery?
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend the following:
- Be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window
- Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery
- Where damage or shortages are visible, note them on the delivery paperwork before signing where possible
- If you cannot be present, arrange for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf
Delivery Tracking
Where tracking is available for your delivery service, we or the carrier will provide the details. Please contact us if you need an update on your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, access is unsuitable or incorrect delivery information has been provided, please contact us to discuss rebooking. Additional redelivery, collection, storage or handling charges may apply.
We will confirm any applicable charges with you before arranging another delivery or collection.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note the following delivery restrictions:
- We currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses
- Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote areas
