How are tiles sold?

Tiles are sold in full boxes only. Product pages show the box coverage and the number of tiles per box where that information is available.

Are prices shown including VAT?

Yes. Customer-facing prices on the website include VAT.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £49.99 on orders up to and including £799. Delivery is free on orders over £799.

How long does delivery take?

Tiles and accessories are normally delivered in 3–4 business days.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses. Additional surcharges may apply to Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas.

How are tile orders delivered?

Tile deliveries are kerbside. Drivers bring the order to the nearest accessible point at the property and are not permitted to move goods inside.

What if my order arrives damaged or short?

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible and report damage, breakages, shortages or incorrect goods to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and your order details. This helps us investigate quickly and does not remove any statutory rights you may have.

Can I return tiles bought online?

If you are a consumer buying qualifying goods online, you normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them. In addition, SATS may approve discretionary returns of surplus standard-stock tiles up to 28 days from delivery, provided they are unopened, unused and in resaleable full boxes. Can I visit the showroom?

Yes. Our showroom is at Unit 3, Tomo Industrial Estate, Packet Boat Lane, Uxbridge, UB8 2JP.

What are the showroom opening hours?

Monday–Friday: 07:00–19:00
Saturday: 09:00–17:00
Sunday: 10:00–16:00

Do you offer tile samples?

We are not currently offering tile samples for online ordering.
