Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all indoor tiles and accessories orders over £799. This applies to standard delivery within mainland UK only. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or expedited shipping options.

Outdoor tiles shipping fee structure

Any outdoor pallet shipped without it’s full capacity is subject to £49.99 shipping and split handling. However, Any full pallet of outdoor tiles will be delivered free of cost without any split pallet fee. So it’s recommend to buy a full pallet using the pallet purchase option on the outdoor product page.

How will the tiles and other accessories be delivered?

All deliveries are kerbside. This means:

  • Our delivery partners will bring your order to the nearest accessible point at your property
  • Drivers are not permitted to enter your property or assist with moving goods inside
  • You will be notified of the estimated time of arrival (ETA) via email and/or SMS the day before delivery
  • For large or heavy items, please ensure you have assistance available to help move the products into your property

How to receive the delivery?

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend the following:

  • Be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window
  • Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery
  • Sign for the delivery only after confirming the correct items have been delivered
  • If you cannot be present, arrange for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to accept the delivery when our courier arrives, they will:

  • Leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery
  • Attempt to deliver again on the next business day
  • After two failed attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery

Delivery Restrictions

Please note the following delivery restrictions:

  • We currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses
  • Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote areas
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, only delivery dates.
